April 2008 Call for bids for 2010 Region IV Championships
Anyone interested in hosting the competition must submit a completed USAG bid form.
Bid form should include as much information as possible about the competition
venue and hotels. Pictures are also encouraged. The bid must include a floor plan,
WITH DIMENSIONS, showing how the equipment will be set up for a traditional
capital cup format. It should also detail a set-up with two separate sets of competitive equipment sharing one floor as a possible option for the Sunday level 8 competition.
Bids should be submitted to Jim Schlott no later than June 14th, 2008.

State Chairman Election
Request For Nominations
Term of Office: 2 years beginning July 1, 2008
Criteria for Nomination:
Nominees must be professional members of the women's program in good standing for a minimum of two consecutive years. They must be at least 21 years old, and have been active in the state's program for a minimum of two consecutive years.
It is strongly recommended that the candidates have financial skills, organizational skills, communication skills, a working knowledge of the program, and the willingness to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position. (A detailed list of the responsibilities of the State Chairman can be found in the Operating Code. Go to
www.usa-gymnastics.org, then click on Women's Program, then click on the Operating Code link in the left hand pane. The list of responsibilities is on pages 23 and 24.)
